    Five labourers buried alive in mud collapse in Allahabad

    Allahabad, May 9 : At least five people were buried alive as a mound of earth collapsed on them in Allahabad.

    The deceased were daily-wage labourers and were engaged in digging up mud at a work site.

    "Out of the six labourers five died, while one was taken to the hospital and is quite critical," said Arvind Kumar Singh, a police official.

    The mishap created quite a panic in the vicinity as the incident shocked the villagers completely.
